Each child will be part of a structured pastoral network comprising homeroom teachers, subject teachers, counsellors and house mentors, who will together oversee the academic, emotional, and social well-being of every learner. This team will proactively identify students’ needs, offer guidance, and create a safe space for open dialogue and reflection.
Regular counselling sessions, mentorship programs, and value-based life skill activities will help students build resilience, emotional intelligence, and confidence. Our approach ensures that no child feels unseen or unheard — every learner is supported to reach their potential both within and beyond the classroom.
