Anandam will be led by an experienced Early Childhood Education expert who will oversee all aspects of curriculum, learning environment, and child development. She will be
supported by a team of dedicated facilitators and co-facilitators, each specially trained to work with young children with sensitivity and care.
To ensure that every child feels secure and well cared for, Anandam will also have trained ayahs and support staff who assist in maintaining hygiene, safety, and comfort in every
classroom.
Together, the Anandam team will create a nurturing ecosystem where children learn with joy, grow with confidence, and feel loved every single day.
